I'm so thrilled that my younger daughter, Bethany, came to visit on february 6! We had a great time and I loved showing her my favorite sights and restaurants around town. She was hungry when she arrived, so our first stop was the Hotel & Restaurant Nueva Posada when we were entertained by a large parrrot near our outdoor dining and very outgoing little girl! The Annual Chilli Cookout is a festive event which we attended on Friday. We enjoyed non-stop music, shopping for arts & crafts and a cold soda to quench our thirst from the hot sun before we moved on to a restaurant for lunch. There were plenty of gift for friends back home, and maybe something for ourselves too!
